1Introduction

2Eligibility

To register and use the Oket platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register as members.

3Account Registration

This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a secure password.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Oket account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Oket will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Oket customer support immediately via live chat or email at support@oket.asia.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Oket may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary. Verification may require submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions until the process is finalised.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Oket account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure request will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending bet settlements or active bonus wagering requirements.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit on Oket is ₱100 for e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya).
• Deposits are credited to your Oket wallet in Philippine Pesos (₱) upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Oket does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be refunded once processed. Contact support immediately if you believe a transaction was made in error.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered under the same name as your Oket account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by channel: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in your wallet must be completed or the bonus balance forfeited.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on Oket are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all selections, odds, and stake amounts before confirming a bet. Oket does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under specific market rules.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

5.3 Odds

All odds are displayed in decimal format on the Oket platform. The odds for pre-match markets are set before an event begins and may be updated up until match start. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time during the event. Oket does not guarantee that odds will remain the same between the time you initiate and confirm a bet placement.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by Oket under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 24 hours; a market is offered in error; obvious pricing errors occur; or external circumstances make settlement impossible. Voided bets have stakes returned to the member's wallet in full.

5.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Oket reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured; bets placed while a market is in the process of being suspended may be voided at Oket's discretion.

5.6 Settlement

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on Oket are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Evidence of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, coordinated exploitation, or arbitrage betting designed to clear bonus requirements risk-free, will result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.

9Privacy and Data
